Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Bates County, Missouri. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). 6+ years on the tools preferred.
