Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Jones County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work The role involves cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Share your details and we will call you back.
