Assembly operator — Chippewa County

Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly operator in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. Day-to-day duties: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses What we are looking for: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
