What we are looking for: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Punctual with reliable attendance On a typical shift you will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position.
