Dough maker — Nottinghamshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Nottinghamshire, England. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Part-time with flexible hours.
