Roofing foreman — DuPage County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing foreman in DuPage County, Illinois. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. You will solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; insulate and ventilate the roof void. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
