Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Konduga

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Konduga, Borno State. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 3+ years on the tools preferred.
