Lathe programmer-operator — Crawford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Crawford County, Missouri. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Rotating shifts.
