Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Southend-on-Sea, England. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages We offer £95 per day plus benefits.
