Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in San Jacinto County, Texas. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
