Urgent requirement: pressman (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pressman in Carroll County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Your main tasks: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
