Crawler crane operator wanted in Monroe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Monroe County, Michigan. You will be based at a container port and shipping yard. On the job you will handle: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
