Grill cook — Walsh County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Walsh County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
