Grill cook wanted in Brown County

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Brown County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
