Grill cook — Ezza North

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Ezza North, Ebonyi State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦480,000 per project plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
