Quality control inspector — Oneida County

Join our team: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Oneida County, Idaho. Day-to-day duties: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Willing to work rotating and night shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
