PVC window assembler wanted in Clinton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Clinton County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Full-time with occasional weekends.
