Scullery hand — Kwande

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kwande, Benue State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
