Argon welder — Washington County

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Washington County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On a typical shift you will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
