Formwork erector — Petersburg Borough

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork erector in Petersburg Borough, Alaska. What we are looking for: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
