Deboner — Ikwerre

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Ikwerre, Rivers State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Six days a week, one day off.
