D6/D8 dozer operator — Barron County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Barron County, Wisconsin. The job is on a quarry floor. Day-to-day duties: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
