You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
