Bakery assistant • Calhoun County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Calhoun County, Alabama. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
