Plant operator • Washington County, Maine

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Washington County, Maine. You will work at a drainage and utilities contractor. The role involves: • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger What we are looking for: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Six days a week, one day off.
