Refrigeration service engineer — Carroll County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Carroll County, Illinois. The job is at a supermarket cold-chain site. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts The role involves wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
