Immediate opening: we are hiring a house painter in Benzie County, Michigan. The job is on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Day to day you will prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; sand and fill walls before applying primer; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns.
