Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofer in Dudley, England. You will work at a busy roofing firm. Day-to-day duties: • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Overtime paid at a premium rate.
