You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) The role involves: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
