Crane operator wanted in McClain County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in McClain County, Oklahoma. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
