Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Stephens County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
