Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Degema, Rivers State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
