UPVC welding machine operator — Jasper County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Jasper County, Georgia. The role involves clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame. What we are looking for: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Part-time with flexible hours.
