Kitchen cook — Garden County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Garden County, Nebraska. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
