Urgent requirement: bar waiter (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Harrison County, Texas. You will be based in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
