Plant operator — Logan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Logan County, Kansas. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. You will keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; check for underground cables and services before digging; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
