Immediate opening: system formwork carpenter (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Wheeler County, Texas. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level You will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
