Kitchen porter — Jasper County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Jasper County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
