Thermal insulation technician — Smith County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Smith County, Kansas. You will be based on a high-rise façade. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Day to day you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations.
