Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings You will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges.
