Commis chef • Kaiama, Kwara State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Kaiama, Kwara State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 3+ years on the tools preferred.
