Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Riverside County, California. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
