Elevator technician wanted in Sevier County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Sevier County, Utah. You will be based in a residential tower block. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics On a typical shift you will service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers.
