Coating plant operator — Ingham County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ingham County, Michigan. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
