Semi-automatic welder — Refugio County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Refugio County, Texas. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Rotating shifts.
