The role involves report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. You should have: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
