Formwork erector — Kossuth County

Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork erector in Kossuth County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
