Kitchen porter — Trigg County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Trigg County, Kentucky. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Part-time with flexible hours.
