Great opportunity: butcher (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Allegan County, Michigan. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
