Line assembler • Butler County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line assembler in Butler County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Careful handling of tools and components • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Six days a week, one day off.
